What is collected

Only what you choose to submit through the contact form:

No special-category data is collected, no tracking cookies are used, and no advertising profiles are built.

Why

One purpose only: to reply to your enquiry and, if you decide to go ahead, to manage the working relationship that follows. Your data is not used to send you anything you didn't ask for, and not used for any other purpose.

Legal basis

For visitors in the UK and the EEA, the legal basis is your consent (given by ticking the box on the form) together with the legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry, under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR. For visitors in Colombia, processing is carried out with the prior, express and informed authorisation given on the form, as required by Ley 1581 de 2012.

Who else processes it

Your data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

International transfers

The providers above operate servers outside Colombia and, in some cases, outside the UK and EEA. Submitting the form involves such a transfer, carried out under the contractual safeguards those providers offer.

How long it is kept

Messages are kept for as long as the conversation remains relevant and, if it becomes a project, for as long as accounting and tax obligations require. After that they are deleted. You can ask for deletion sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time, and you can withdraw your consent. Email [email protected] and you'll get a reply within the statutory timeframe.

If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK, or to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio in Colombia.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated. Anyone with an active working relationship will be told about substantive changes directly.
